I’ve been with the same cell phone company for 15 years (before they were T-Mobile). I’ve endured bad service and only gotten four phones over the years. Now I understand that they have a charge for upgrading and then I’m only getting the same price as a new customer. How do I go about negotiating a better deal? Is it better to do it over the phone with customer service, by letter, or in a store? Exact language to use would help a great deal.
I’m going to be in the Bahamas for about 2-3 years and i need to know which cell phone service is the best to have there. I heard that AT&T was the best but I’m not sure. Please help.
Can you hear better than with a normal (plugged in) headset? I can’t hear with my headset, and am thinking of getting a new cell phone that is bluetooth compatible, but I’m not sure whether this will help me with my problem hearing while using a headset. Any feedback would be appreciated! Thanks!
I need a reliable phone that can take a mini-sd card, has mp3 and is cheap. Please?
