i agree itunes is a hassle to use, but the iphone is worth the extra effort. Like steve said “its like a computer in your pocket”

android is very much on the way up, its sold more in the last year and gained more market share than any other company. this claim was true even before samsung showed their phonomenol support for android. there are over 5 handsets for release this year on samsung and its really paying off in terms of sales. htc have also made a huge impact with android aswell as motorola. so i think really this huge support and user market for android is just getting bigger and you will se better quality soon
BTW – Angry Birds has just come out on Android in Beta. While this might seem trivial, it’s a really good example of how developers are becoming increasingly aware that they’re missing a huge chunk of the market by sticking with the iPhone.
