I don’t give a fuck if it’s “overrated”. Besides, Radiohead has plenty of other, more popular songs that are less deserving of praise (Ex: Creep)
@Ambulanceo Im not saying its bad, just overrated. It seems that everybody who likes this song likes it for the “SICK GUITARS DOOD!” and i just dont care for that. Paranoid Android is my least favorite on OK computer. That or Electroniring. But in all honesty I like Creep more than this song. Creep has more emotion, and I feel much more of a connection. But it definitely isnt my favorite song.

Paranoid Android is one of my favourite songs by Radiohead, period. And it is not because of the “SICK GUITARS”. Very few Radiohead songs convey as many moods, dynamics, and textures as this song. The lyrics are fantastic as well. Paranoid Android is not only a great song from a structurally and technical level but from a lyrical/personal level. I like Radiohead’s electronic songs just as much as their acoustic, the instrument involved has no influence on my taste.
