Should I get the iPhone 4G? What other phone has heaps of apps that is good?

I am strongly considering getting an iPhone 4G, the latest model. What do you think? Pros and cons?

Also, what other phone could you suggest that is similar in nature to the iPhone? One that you can download heaps of apps for and that is really good..?

Its a great phone, but the network kind of sucks at times. I really like the pinch to zoom feature (its quick and responsive) but I dont like how it slow to adjust when you make it horizontal. The Google Android phones (for AT&T, there is the HTC Aria and Samsung Captivate, which are my other favorites) are options, but the android market doesn’t have as much apps available as the iTunes store.

AT&T plans suck. You have to pay $15 $20 or $30 for a data plan and texting is separate from that cost. Unlimited Texting is $20 for one person and $30 for any one. Also the IPhone 4 has been said to drop calls and get bad reception. Also it is iPhone 4 but it runs 3G an it is slow. I have a 3GS and my Internet connection is wierd and my router is the cheapest I could find and that connection is like 10 times faster then 3g. There’s the android series that also has an app store.

I’d recommend getting any one of the Droids, or Android supported phones. The Droid X is great. I have a Droid 2, which works great for me because of the full slide out qwerty keyboard, and you can view full web pages. Droids are highly customizable.
The app Marketplace is the second largest to the iPhone’s App Store. Plus, 65% of all android apps are free, while only 30% of the iPhone’s are free.

if you are looking for fun , games , music , videos and a million apps it is most definitely the iphone 4 , with the new Ios 4 , multitasking , folders and bunch of cool stuffs :) …. and next is jailbreaking { not recomended} still gives you more and more apps …… :)

others that would match up would be the HTC evo4g hmmmmmm……cant think of many , iphone has a better league
