what is the difference in the new software os 4 and iphone 4g?
I have a Iphone 3gs and Im wondering if I can still just get the upgrade of OS 4 also does the upgrade work if your phone has been jail broken?

Just some info, the iphone 4 is still GSM/EDGE 3G NETWORKS.

The iphone 4 has features like video conferencing which you can not use on an iphone 3 because it doesn’t have a forward facing camera.
OS 4 will probably be available in some form as an update, but to get the new features you’ll need and iphone 4. Most jailbreaks are now permenant and the upgrade doesn’t revert the phone back.
