Google won’t recognise my username (@yahoo.com). If I follow their instruction I end up with a different email/username on my account (@Googlemail) – is there any way can I use my existing Google account without creating a Googlemail account?

After days and hours, trying to figure out how to set up Rogers email on an Android Phone such as Xperia x10, finally got it working. THIS MUST BE DONE THROUGH THE 3G NOT THROUGH WIFI. Here is the quick review: select the Email icon. If no email is set up then continue to add your “rogers email” on the android phone. However if there are emails setup, press the menu key (depends on the android phones could be setup, check your manual) and select “add account” or “add another email”. Enter your Rogers email :XXXXXXX@rogers.com Enter your Password:********************************************* Then select Manual setup. Select POP3 account Incoming server- POP3 server should be : pop.broadband.rogers.com and make sure the port is set to 110 Select Next Outgoing server- SMTP server should be : smtp.broadband.rogers.com port: should be 25 Make sure that “Require sign in” is checked. Press next you could select whatever “Email checking Frequency” you want: 5mins to never, etc (keep in mind the more frequent email are check the more battery power it uses) Also make sure “Notify me when email arrives” is checked. press Next to could give “this account a name” (optional), but i skip it. your display(displayed on outgoing messages) is whatever it is. Press Done Then watch all your Rogers email load on the Android phone ^_^

Finally. Addiontal Notes. Battery took about 2 hours to fully charge. It does last for around 7- 8 hours in normal use. I usually only game for 3 hours tops so its in and out of the anyway Reference Notes. I compared this headset to the MGS4 BT, Jawbone 1, Logitech ps2 usb mic. My phone is a blackberry bold, and has exceptional bluetooth range/ clarity. Games used to test the mic were socom, and Guitar hero.
