I have purchased a data cable. I plug it up using my USB port to the my computer. My question is there any sites out there that will allow me to download ringtones to my computer and then transfer the via my data cable to my cell phone. I’ve found some but they want to send straight to my phone and I don’t have the internet, is there any that will allow me to send the downloads to my computer. Please help.
